Douglas Primary & ELC is a lively and busy place and our website will give you information about all the activities taking place as well as information about staff, classes, parent groups and lots more!
We are very proud of our school and ELC and the wonderful learning experiences we provide. As a team, we put the children at the heart of everything we do and together we strive to achieve the best we can. We are a friendly, positive and active school and aim to help every child reach their full potential. We set high expectations in everything we do and continually strive to raise standards by providing stimulating activities and experiences that make learning enjoyable.

Our Parent Council are always keen to welcome new parents from both the school and ELC.
The group meet approximately twice a term and support Mrs Hughes in the school and ELC's improvement journey and in organising a range of events for the children throughout the year. They also work extremely hard on organising fundraising events and applying for funding in order to purchase resources and gifts for all the pupils.
If you would be interested in joining the Parent Council or have an matters that you would like raised at the meetings then please email the group at:
